Delmer Ray Perry, age 73, of Elkmont died November 16, 2025 at his residence. He was born May 5, 1952 to Pete Perry and Ruby Foust Perry in Athens. He was a retired electrician and member of the Church of Christ.
Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 20, 2025 at New Hope Cemetery in Athens. There will be a visitation Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Spry Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Perry, son, Shane Rozell of Elkmont, Daughter, Shanna Rozell of Elkmont, brothers, James Perry of Athens, Ricky Perry of Florence, sister, Melisha Middlebrooks of Athens, seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
