Della P. Emerson, 73, died Sunday, October 4, 2020 at North Ms. Medical Center, Tupelo, MS. She was born in Itawamba County, MS to Dock and Charlie Kelton Pearson. She had worked as a supervisor at Lance Garment for twenty years and was a member of Shottsville Baptist Church.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, October 7, 2 p.m. at Shottsville Cemetery, Vina, AL with Bro. J.C. Blackburn officiating. Burial will be in Shottsville Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband – Wayne Emerson, Vina, AL; five sisters – Jetty Jackson, Janie Robinson, Betty Brown, Hilda Tanner and Eunelda Parrish (Tom); one brother – Frank Pearson (Joan) and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Charlie Pearson.
