Decatur Man Arrested And Charged With Rape 1st Degree

DECATUR-On Tuesday, October 25 an arrest was made by the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office.  The Sheriff’s Office released a statement concerning the rape of a child:

“On Tuesday, October 25, 2016, the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office, Special Victim’s Unit, Sergeant Blake Robinson, arrested Mandrell Adams, 31, of Decatur.
Mandrell Adams was arrested on the charge of first-degree rape. The victim was younger than 12 years of age when the crime occurred.
He is currently being held in the Morgan County Jail. Bond is set at $100,000.
Suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in the court of law.
