DECATUR-During the last several months members of the Decatur Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit conducted an undercover operation targeting drug dealers in the City Limits of Decatur, AL. During the course of the inquiry several subjects sold quantities of narcotics to an under agent working under the direct supervision of members of the Decatur Police Department’s Organized Crime Unit.
The following subjects were located and arrested by members of the Decatur Police Departments Special Operations Unit:
Bob Howard Williams, Decatur, AL.
Williams sold quantities of Crack Cocaine multiple times throughout the City Limits of Decatur. Williams was arrested at 1202 W. Moulton St. NW for two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Williams bond is set at $10,000.00.
Joyal Lenee Sykes aka “Butta”, Decatur, AL.
Sykes sold quantities of Cocaine multiple times throughout the City Limits of Decatur. Sykes was arrested at her residence for two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Sykes bond is set at $10,000.00.
David Sintel Bolding, Decatur, AL.
Bolding sold quantities of Synthetic Marihuana/Spice multiple times throughout the City Limits of Decatur. Bolding was arrested at his residence for two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Bolding’s bond is set at $10,000.00.
Manfred Ames Pettway, Decatur, AL.
Pettway sold a quantity of hydrocodone in the City Limits of Decatur. Pettway was arrested at the Decatur Police Department, where he turned himself in for one count of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. The bond amount for Pettway was $5,000.00.
Jerome Leshon Murphy, Danville, AL.
Murphy sold quantities of methamphetamine multiple times throughout the City Limits of Decatur. Murphy was arrested at the Morgan County Jail for two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Murphy received a $10,000.00 bond.
Brett Matthew Byrd, Decatur, AL.
Byrd sold quantities of heroin multiple times throughout the City Limits of Decatur. Byrd was arrested at 2130 Westmead Dr SW for two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Byrd received a $10,000.00 bond.
Kyle Jarrett Gibbs, Somerville AL.
Gibbs sold quantities of marihuana multiple times throughout the City Limits of Decatur. Gibbs was arrested at 440 Cain Rd for two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Gibb received a $10,000.00 bond.
William Chase Eubanks, Decatur, AL.
Eubanks sold quantities of Xanax and Cocaine on several occasions throughout the City of Decatur. Eubanks was arrested at 930 Spring Ct. SW for four counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Eubanks was processed into the Decatur City Jail and will be later transferred to the Morgan County Jail in Lieu of a $20,000.00 bond.
Colby Waynette Poff, Decatur, AL.
Poff sold quantities of Xanax multiple times throughout the City Limits of Decatur. Poff was arrested at the intersection of 4th Avenue and Lee Street NE after a vehicle stop for two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Poff was processed into the Decatur City Jail and will later be transferred to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $10,000.00 bond.
Corey Kristopher Barnes, Limestone Correctional Center Limestone, AL.
Barnes sold quantities of Marijuana and Spice on multiple times throughout the City Limits of Decatur. Barnes was arrested at the Limestones Correctional Center where he is currently incarcerated on separate charges for two counts of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Barnes bond amount will be $10,000.00.
Shadeed Abdul Fuqua, Decatur, AL.
Fuqua sold a quantity of Cocaine on one occasion in the City Limits of Decatur. Fuqua is currently being held at the Morgan County Jail in reference to unrelated Assault Charge. Fuqua was placed under arrest for Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance at the Morgan County Jail. Fuqua was transported to the Decatur City Jail and was processed in. Fuqua will later be transferred back to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $5,000.00 bond.
Percy L. Garth Jr, Decatur, AL.
Garth sold a quantity of Hydrocodone on one occasion in Morgan County, AL. Garth was arrested at 1120 London Place for one count of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Substance. Garth was processed into the Decatur City Jail and will later be transferred to the Morgan County Jail in lieu of a $5,000.00 bond.
