Memorial services for Mrs. Debra Jewel Hayes, 60, of Addison are Friday, August 31, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Cullman Funeral Home, Rev. Steton Hayes officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Mrs. Hayes passed away on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Grandview Medical Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie Miller and Jewel Robinson Miller and her brother, Doug Miller.
She is survived by her husband, Greg Hayes; daughter, Jessica (Brad) Haggard; sister, Marlene (Mitchell) Pigg and a host of other family and friends.
