Funeral service for Deborah Venable James, 73, will be Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Bob Kyker officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Friday, August 25, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home.
Mrs. James died on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Huntsville Hospital. She was born August 16, 1950, in Morgan County, to Reuben Ezra Venable and Betty Jane Morrison Venable.
She was the Owner and Operator of One More Time Consignment, prior to her passing. Mrs. James was a member of the Hartselle Congregation of the Jehovah’s Witnesses, was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother for her family, whom she loved dearly.
Preceding her in death were her parents, a son: David Nolen, brothers: Dwight Venable and Mark Venable and sister: Tracy Hitt Wallace.
