Deborah Inez Neal, 70, of Ripley passed away Saturday, September 19, 2026 at her residence. Visitation will begin at 12 PM Wednesday at Garner Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 1 PM. Interment will be in Ripley Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Neal, a homemaker, was a member of Durhamville Baptist Church. The wife of John Neal, she is survived by 3 sons Chris Neal and Mike Neal (Sherri) both of Ripley and James Neal (Pepper) of Jackson; a sister Arlene Peters of Havelock, NC; a brother Bill Archer of Pleasant Hill, TN; 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
