Deborah Gail Carter, 68 of Scottsboro, passed away on October 14, 2023. The family is planning a celebration of life to be held Saturday, October 21st at 11:00 am at Living Word Ministries with Pastor Johnny Johnson officiating.
Deborah’s passion in life was family and friendship. To know her was to love her, whether you met her through her family, ran into her in town, or worked with her. She was a loving wife, wonderful mother, and affectionate grandmother. Her kindhearted soul and infectious personality are what made people gravitate towards her. You could always count on her for a tight hug, an entertaining conversation, and a good laugh. In remembrance of Deborah the family asks that you spend time with your loved ones, take a walk on the beach, or dance on the balcony with your best friend. That’s what she would have wanted.
