Deborah Elaine Moore, age 65 of Woodbury, TN, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2025. Born in Gatlinburg, TN, she was the daughter of Ralph King and Margaret Otella “Ted” Emert. She is also preceded by her brother, Tony Goolsby.
Ms. Moore is survived by her sons Roy Boling Jr and his wife Tara and David Boling and his wife Tori; grandchildren, Trey, Mallory, Scarlett, Emma, Avery, Rowan, Riley, Nix, and Zander; her siblings, Allen, Jeff, Cheri, and David; great-granddaughter, Macie; her beloved dog, Lennon and many special nieces and nephews.
Debbie had an incredible life. She was a nurse for over 35 years around Middle Tennessee and loved helping others. She was a graduate of MTSU and was the Director of Nursing at Trevecca Center for Rehabilitation and Healing. Her family describes her as passionate, down-to-earth, and kind to everyone. She loved to travel, whether it was to the beach or the mountains. She loved to shop, loved her jewelry, and said she was a “bougie” lady. Debbie loved taking pictures and had the biggest smiles. Her grandchildren say she was the BEST Mamaw.
Visitation with the family will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM Friday, October 10, 2025, at Woodfin Memorial Chapel, Murfreesboro, TN. The memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Friday, October 10, 2025, following the visitation with Terry Reneau officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Breast Cancer Society or the Ronald McDonald House.
