Debby Ann Moss Williams passed away peacefully on October 21, 2026, at her home in Ecru. People who knew Debby knew she had a big personality and a way of leaving a lasting impression on those she met. She enjoyed talking on the phone, checking on her friends and loves ones. This was the way she showed she cared by making sure those she cared about were safe and taken care of. She loved being connected to people.
Debby leaves her daughter, Tonya Jackson (Keith), who was her pride and joy. She enjoyed her grandsons, Tyler and Eli Jackson, who were a cherished part of her life and who she made sure had candy canes in their Christmas stockings every year and was always eager to share about them to anyone who would listen. She was incredibly happy to add granddaughters-in-law, Laura Beth and Mary to the family.
Debby was blessed to have a loyal friendship with Patsy Mills, with whom she shared conversations, outings, and whose friendship meant more than she could express.
Debby also leaves behind her faithful fur baby Casey, who brought her love and companionship.
Those left to cherish memories of Debby are her two sisters, Jackie Wise (Ronnie), and Brenda DeVaughn (Scott) and her brother, Scotty Moss (Kathy), and numerous friends and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy and Frances Huffstatler Moss, her husband, Kenny Williams, whom she married in 1997 until his death, and her brother-in-law, Ronnie Wise,
Debby will be deeply missed but the memories of her will be with her loved ones forever.
