Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Elberta Counts; her sister, Joyce Marie Counts; and her granddaughters, Aisling Odyle Gray Osburn and Brynley Emerson Gray Osburn.
She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Braeli Osburn; stepson, Joshua Arnold; brothers Larry and Gary Counts; nieces and nephews, Celestina Roux, Carla Hogue, Serena McCulloch, Stewart Stephenson, Katey Rodgers, Bo, Kent and Laura Counts; great nieces and nephews, Sean, Logan and Livia Hogue and Hayden May; and a best friend, Margaret Snyder Morgan.
She cherished her family and friends and never met a stranger. She loved learning and laughing, she was full of love and compassion. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of her life will be held at a later time
