David Williams age 67 passed away Friday morning June 5, 2026, at NHC Healthcare in Smithville. He was born August 23, 1958, to his parents the late, Bige and Lena Mae Harris Williams. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Elmer Williams and Raymond Williams along with twin brother and sister, Paul Williams and Wanda Fay Williams. Mr. Williams worked for Hollender Industries. He is survived by two daughters, Toni (Tray) Chaney of Crossville, Patty Williams (Eddie Young); grandchildren, Bradly Williams (Brianna), Kenderais Brooks (Anna Grace), Angel Robinson, Emauel Robindon, Shelby Robinson, Kaliegha Aker, Airiana Stone, Trinity Stone; great-grandchildren, Jayden Williams, Braleigh Ogle, Mateo Stone, Baby Brooks; special friend, Robert Leyva. Funeral services will be held 2 PM Tuesday June 9, 2026, at Hood Funeral Home in Crossville, Tennessee with Bro. Tom Brady officiating and burial to follow in Green Acres Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday 11 AM until the time of the service at 2 PM at Hood Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to St. Jude Children’ s Hospital in memory of Mr. Williams. DeKalb Funeral Chapel is honored to care for the Williams family.
