David Wayne Hughes, age 56, Hamilton, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, December 9th, 2014, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo Mississippi.
Visitation, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m., Thursday, December 11th, 2014, at the Marion County Funeral Home in Hamilton, Alabama. Funeral service, 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 12th, 2014 at the Marion County Funeral Home Chapel. Burial in the Carter Cemetery in Detroit, Alabama.
Mr. Hughes was born in Marion County, Alabama June 1st, 1958, to the late John William and Johnnie Miles Hughes.
He is survived by his wife, Brenda Lee Channell Hughes; 1 son, John Brandon Hughes; 1 daughter, Brittany Nicole Hughes; 6 brothers, John Lawson Hughes of FL., Bob Hughes of Winfield, AL., Thomas Hughes of Sumiton, AL., Jack Hughes of Puerto Rico, Charles Hughes of N.C., and Eddie Hughes of Winfield, AL.; and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John William and Johnnie Miles Hughes; 1 sister, Letha Hatcher; and 1 brother, William Kenneth Hughes.
