David Steven Miller, age 70, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, April 16th, 2026, at St. Thomas West in Nashville.
David was born December 24th, 1955, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late Bobby H. and Ann Darnell Miller.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Bobby Wayne Miller, and sister in law, Deborah Miller.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Christie Liles, sister, Anita Miller (Darrel) Hartsfield of White Bluff, two brothers, Gary Miller of Decatur, AL, and Carl (Laura) Miller of Vanleer, TN, several nieces and nephews, beloved goldendoodle, Kensie.
He was a retired lineman having worked for Lewisburg Electric System for over 30 years, and was a member of Westvue Church of Christ. He enjoyed playing football and riding motorcycles in high school, and later raised and showed Spotted Saddle Horses. He and his wife were the self-contractors during the construction of four custom homes.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home and Crematory on Sunday, April 19th, 2026, from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, April 19th, 2026, at 3:00 pm at London Funeral Home and Crematory with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
