Mr. Outwater was born September 30, 1955 in New York to Dorothy Owens Outwater and Robert Outwater.
David is survived by his wife of 35 years Corliss Outwater; sons Charles Edward Singletary and Marvin Levy Singletary; fur baby Dookie II, daughter Megan Olivia Outwater; brother Mark (Cheryl) Outwater; sister Robin Outwater; and grandchildren Amaia Rose Singletary and Marvin Levy Singletary II. As well as many close friends Jean Roshi, Marvin Bates, Gaby Conception, Mike and Laura, Dave and Becky, and Michelle Newton also known as “David’s Angel”.
He is proceeded in death by his parents and fur baby, Dookie I.
Mr. Outwater greatly enjoyed traveling with his wife, always keeping a perfect yard, spending time with friends and family, and was always ready for a spin in his truck.
Visitation will be held at McConnell Funeral Home on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 from 4-6pm.
