One of Mooreville’s most promising young men, David Oliver Faust, perished as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Hwy 371 South in Itawamba Co. on Thursday afternoon, June 20, 2024. He had just turned 16 on April 18, 2024. Oliver was a handsome, stout young man whose goodness, kindness, and sterling personality made him singularly the best friend of everyone. His smile was radiant, his manners perfect, and his genuine interest in the wellbeing of his family and friends made him extremely popular. A lover of all God’s creation and all outdoors, he enjoyed animals, disc golf, and playing basketball and music. Oliver’s diverse approach to life and inclusiveness made him likeable and approachable by all. He enjoyed attending and participating in the youth programs at Richmond Baptist Church.
