Billy Eugene Mooney, Jr., age 58, of Decatur, died Thursday, June 20, 2024, in Morgan County. His family may host a celebration of life at a later date. Parkway Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
Mr. Mooney was born July 4, 1965, in Ohio to Billy Eugene Mooney, Sr. and Edna Jean Mitchell Mooney. He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his sister, JoAnn Martin (Stanley), and niece, Ashley Martin.
