David Lewis Jr., 49, died Monday, Dec. 19, 2016. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. Thursday at Hamilton Funeral Home. The funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in Palmer Cemetery.
