David Lee Roop, 59, died November 30, 2014. Memorial service will be Sunday at 3 p.m. at First Bible Church of Decatur. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. He is survived by his wife, Carol Roop. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Decatur Public Library or Huntsville Public Library.
