David Lee Leatherwood, age 54, of Boaz passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at Marshall Medical Center South.
His funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Albertville Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Moodys Chapel Cemetery. Rev. Danny Sprayberry will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be members of Emma Sansom SCV Camp 253 and friends of the family.
Visitation will be from 12:30 until 2 before the service.
He is survived by his brother, Frank Leatherwood, Jr. and his aunts, Alice Miller, Nancy Ruth Fishback and Edna Patterson.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Faye Leatherwood, brothers, John Paul Leatherwood and Douglas Leatherwood.
