David L. Pickering was born March 9, 1949 in Memphis, TN the son of the late Harold Lloyd and Lela Faye McCullar Pickering.
David worked for many years at Wal-Mart in the electronics department. He enjoyed gaming and anything dealing with electronics. He had a strong work ethic and never missed a day of work. His sense of humor although dry at times was wonderfully entertaining. David lived a carefree and simple life.
Mr. Pickering departed this life on January 5, 2021 in Bethel Springs, Tennessee at the age of 71 Years, 9 Months, 27 Days. He is survived by
a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Burkeens and husband Jeffrey of Adamsville, TN; a grandson, Jonathan William Burkeens of Adamsville, TN; two sisters, Janice (Pickering) Lemons of Selmer, TN, Sharon Stricklin of Ripley , MS; and a host of nieces and nephews.
