David Earl White – Obituary

David Earl White, 65, of Waterloo, passed away Tuesday, October 30, 2018. Visitation will be Friday November 2, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. Funeral will follow with Brother David Dowdy officiating. Burial will be in Wrights Cemetery.

David was a native of Waterloo. He was a member of Wrights United Methodist Church, and was also a member of the Waterloo Neighborhood Watch. David was an outgoing person who loved dirt track racing, traveling, and people. He was married to his loving wife, Nora for 39 years whom he adored and loved. He loved his hometown and everyone in it. He never met a stranger. His grandson, Trenton was his world and he did no wrong. He loved nothing more than watching him play basketball and baseball.

Preceded in death by his parents, Frances Elizabeth and Oscar Earl White.

He is survived by his loving wife, Nora Jean White; daughter, Jeanie Marie Harcrow (Jimmy) of Millport; and one grandchild, Trenton Bradley Green.

Pallbearers will be Ricky Haggard, Thomas Ray, Chris Strickland, Jeremy Simpson, Jack Robertson and Tommie Ray.

Honorary pallbearers will be Michael Price, Brad Price, Nick Meford and Tommy Staples.

The family expresses special thanks to the town of Waterloo for all they have done.
