David Earl Morris, 52, from Waterloo, Alabama, died Monday, May 6, 2013. The visitation will be Wednesday from 6-9:00p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Central Heights. The funeral will be Thursday, May 9th at 2:00p.m. in the funeral home chapel. David Dowdy will be officiating. Interment will follow in Centneary Cemetery.
He was a great husband, loving father and paw paw to his children and grandchildren.
Mr. Morris was the manager of the Brush Creek Park Campgrounds.
He was preceded in death by his parents Earl and Dona Morris and grand-daughter Kendall Tall.
Survivors include his wife Lana Morris, son, Cody and wife Ashley Morris, daughters Krystal Tall and Tamera Morris, step-sons, Joshua and Jonathan Sharp, step-daughter Jessica Sharp; brothers, Marshall, Larry, Randy, Wade, and Donnie Morris; sisters, Patsy Cossey and Peggy Smith, grandchildren Romero Tall and Marquez Wallace, grand-daughters Indiah Farris and Kaeghan Morris, 3 step-grandsons, Juston, Brantley, and Beau Sharp; Step-grand-daughters Allie and Ella Sharp, 17 nieces and nephews and 28 great-nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Rodney Cossey, Norman, Ronald, Preston, Derrick, and Josh Morris, James and Bradley Putman.
