David Braxton Greenhill, Sr. was born November 3, 1968 in Loretto, Tennessee, the son the late Flavel Braxton and Barbara Jean Johnson Greenhill.
On May 13, 2005, he was united in marriage to Shawnna Lee Beagle Greenhill, who survives.
David was an owner and operator truck driver and did over the road trucking. He was a member of Riverview Baptist Church. David was a very devoted husband and father. He loved taking care of his wife and daughter and watching his daughter bowl. In spare time he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with friends.
David Braxton Greenhill, Sr. departed this life on August 12, 2023 in Savannah, Tennessee at the age of 54 years, 9 months, and 9 days.
He is survived by his wife, Shawnna Greenhill of Savannah, Tennessee; daughter, Elizabeth Greenhill; three estranged children, David, Bradley, and Chelsea; sisters, Carol Hall (Johnny) of Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and Melissa Fuller of Killen, Alabama; and brother, Greg Greenhill of Killen, Alabama.
In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by his brother, Larry Wayne Greenhill.
