David Blake Underwood, 33 of Arab passed away Friday, May 3, 2024, at UAB in Birmingham. David was born November 26, 1990 in Arab. He was a graduate of Arab High School, Class of 2009 and was employed by GE in Huntsville. He was an avid sportsman, especially when it came to Alabama Football.
He is survived by his parents: M. L. Underwood and Katherine Underwood; children: Jax Underwood and Annistyn Underwood; wife: Savanna Underwood; sister: Samantha Privett; brother: Mike Underwood (Kim); host of aunts, uncles, nephews. cousins and many dear friends. He was preceded by Mel Underwood.
Celebration of Life Service will be 7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2024, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Jeff Underwood officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Gober Funeral Chapel.
