Funeral service for David Barnett, 70, of Hartselle will be Tuesday March 4, 2014, at 3 p.m. at Peck Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Pitts officiating. Burial will follow at Hartselle Memory Gardens. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 9 at the funeral home.
Mr. Barnett died March 1, 2014, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. He was born January 23, 1944, in Morgan County to Zack Barnett and Gracie Key Barnett. Mr. Barnett was preceded in death by his parents. David Barnett was the No. 1 Dad, he was very loving and a great granddad.

Ann Barnett; grandchildren, Kenny Watson, David Suit, Ashley Kelsoe, Chris Watson, Keven Finley, Kelly Watson, Derek Roberts, Lonnie Young, Taylor Whisenant, Trea Barnett, Aaron Barnett and Haley Jarrett; great- grandchildren, Brennan Watson, Ellie Watson, C.J. Watson, Brooklyn Watson, Isaiah Bacchus, Natalie Bacchus, Michael Suit, Melanie Finley, Madison Kelsoe and Makayla Kelsoe.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
