Mr. David Albert Wilson, age 73 of Athens, AL passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 at his home. Mr. Wilson was born on April 6, 1946 in Harvest, AL to Lee David Wilson and Elna Barnett Wilson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leo “PeeWee” Wilson, Buddy Wilson, Louis Wilson, Irvin Wilson and Alvin Wilson.
Mr. Wilson is survived by his son, David Wilson, Jr.; special friend, Janice Rector; ex-wife, Brenda Cooper Wilson; brothers, Michael Wilson and Herman Andrews; sisters, Elsie Monarrez, Patricia Pearson, Mary Ann Chaney and Pat Pentacost.
There will be a graveside service at 3:00PM on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Limestone Memorial Gardens with Kasey Harbin officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30PM at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home prior to the service.
