Dave Cox, age 39 of Somerville, Tennessee, departed this life early Wednesday evening, September 25, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis.
Dave was born in Memphis on Monday, December 31, 1979 to Sheila Cox of Byhalia, Mississippi, who survives. He lived most of his life in the Moscow area in Fayette County. He worked as a self-employed contractor and provided services as David Cox Repair. He loved catfishing, coon hunting, mud riding, shooting pool and spending time with his family. He especially loved his boys.
In addition to his mother, survivors include his sons, Andrew Cox, Aidan Cox and Dave Cox III, all of Whiteville; a sister, Sheryl Lynn Kimbrough of Byhalia, MS; and brothers, Michael Lynn Cox of Southaven, MS, and Eric Lee Cox of Byhalia, MS.
