Daryl Allen Partin, age 51 of Tullahoma, passed away on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville. He was born in Coffee County on July 15, 1970, to the late Odis Partin Sr and Geraldine Owens Walker. Daryl was currently employed as a heavy equipment operator at Earth Solutions, where he had worked for five years. An avid football and Nascar fan (he cheered for Tony Stewart), he was much happier if his team won. He enjoyed working on cars and watching television in his spare time. But most of all, he cherished the time spent with his beloved family, especially his grandkids whom he always had chocolate milk and ice cream for. Daryl was an amazing man with a loving personality…he would give you the shirt off his back. His morning and night texts to his close family will be truly missed. In addition to his parents, Daryl was preceded in death by his brothers, Odis Partin Jr and Jerry “Buddy” Partin. He is survived by his loving sister, Paula Shealey of Winchester; girlfriend, Shelley Gann of Shelbyville; daughter, Megan Waters of Shelbyville; son, Cody Duke of Shelbyville; grandchildren, Hayden Duke, Landon Waters, Layton Waters, and Aubrey Duke; best friends, Doug and David Brown; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and friends. Visitation will be from 10 am-2 pm on Sunday, August 29, 2021, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Pastor John Partin Jr officiating. Interment will be held at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
