Darryl “Wade” Clanton, age 51, resident of Ethridge, passed away on June June 27, 2017.
Wade was born July 28, 1965 in Lawrence Co., the son of Estelle Norman Clanton and the late Jerry Clanton. On November 18, 2012, he married Marie Sanders Clanton. He worked in the construction industry.
Survivors include his wife, Marie, of Summertown; mother, Estelle Clanton; son, Gerry “Lane” Clanton; daughter, Tiffany (Michael) Martin; step-daughters, Candis Sanders and Jenny (Billy) Hull; brother, Scott “Worm” Clanton; special brother, Sam McFall; his grandmother, Levy Norman and special sister, Robbie Hill; 4 step-grandchildren, 1 step-great-grandchild; an aunt, Judy Mullins along with several nieces, nephews and cousins. Wade was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Clanton, brother, Brent Clanton and grandfather, Glenn Norman.
A memorial service for Wade will be held on Saturday, July 8, at 2:00 P.M. at the Clanton home, 217 Dry Weakly Road, Ethridge, TN.
