Darlene “Dolly” Lyon, 68, of Muscle Shoals, died Sunday, September 1, 2024.
“Dolly” was born in Chicago, Illinois on July 24, 1956, to the late Charles Carrithers and Evelyn Deaton Menolascina. She worked at Porter’s Garden Center for many years.
Mrs. Lyon is survived by her husband, Daniel D. “Dan” Lyon; daughters, Sena Haddock (Kevin) and Melissa Bush (Josh); grandchildren, Olivia Mixon, Morgan Burrow, Devan Bush, Lexy Bush, and Chance Bush; and her beloved dogs, Boo Boo and Rover.
With gratitude, the family kindly acknowledges the care and support of Alabama Hospice of the Shoals (specifically Heather, Andrew, and Donna), as well as Dr. Karr and staff of Shoals Hospital fourth floor.
