A Celebration of Life Service for Danny “Tadpole” Doss, 67 of Counce, TN, will be Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 11:00 A M at Magnolia Funeral Home – East Chapel with interment to follow in Macedonia Cemetery in Houston, MS. Visitation will be Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 5:00 P M to 8:00 P M and Wednesday, January 15, 2025 from 10:00 A M until service time at Magnolia Funeral Home – East. Bro. Keith “Dude” Conaway will officiate the service. Mr. Doss passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at his residence. He was born January 14, 1957 in Houston, MS to Arthur Lee Doss and Eva Ann Criddle Doss. He was a truck driver and of the Christian faith. He loved fishing, hunting, logging and spending time with his family. Tadpole is survived by his wife of 18 years, Margaret Doss; his daughters, Juanita Doss (Michael Nelson), Eva Jones (Danny Breedlove) and Ashley Lewis (Jeff); his mother, Eva Criddle Doss; his step son, Blake White (Beth); his step daughter, Kristy Rose Hunter; 14 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; his brother, Mark Doss (Dorothy); his sister, Leann Nabors (David); his sister-in-law, Ann Doss; other relatives and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his father, A. L. Doss (Naomi); his brother, Mike Doss; his paternal grandparents, Arthur Lee Doss and Lorette Whitt Doss and his niece, Wendy Doss. Pallbearers will be Logan Doss, Timothy Doss, Tony Doss, Jonathan Doss, Blake White and David White. Honorary Pallbearers will be Landon Lewis and Gilbert Willis. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mr. Danny “Tadpole” Doss.
