Funeral services for Mr. Danny R. Phillips, age 76, are scheduled for 3 PM, Saturday, February 7, 2015 in the chapel of Pafford Funeral Home in Lexington. Interment will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Mr. Phillips passed away Thursday in Jackson. He was born May 6, 1938 in Selmer to the late Louis and Lucile Jones Phillips. He was retired from the U. S. Navy, a Vietnam War Veteran, and retired from Columbus McKinnon. Mr. Phillips enjoyed the outdoors. He was preceded in death by one brother, Mr. Rodney Phillips. Survivors include his two sons, Craig (Debbie) Phillips and Keith (Redonna) Phillips; one daughter, Denise Phillips; one brother, Randal Phillips; ten grandchildren; and twenty-one great grandchildren.
