Mr. Plunkett passed away Thursday afternoon, June 27, 2019, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.

Danny Edward Plunkett was born on Wednesday, December 8, 1971, in Columbus, Mississippi. Danny was Pentecostal in belief. He worked for Pizza Hut for several years and Clark Leather for nine years before becoming disabled. Danny was a member of the Bass Pro Club and he enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing video games, and he loved playing with his great nephew. He loved his family and he loved being outside. He lived eleven years of his life in Mississippi before he moved to Hardeman County.

He is survived by his mother, Margaret Vaughan Wilson of Bolivar; his father, James Edward (Faye) Plunkett of Jackson; a sister, Dana (Tim) Borders of Bolivar; two nephews, T.J. (Kia) Borders and Tyler Borders of Bolivar; a niece, Ally Borders of Bolivar; a great-nephew, Carter Reed Borders of Bolivar; and his grandmother, Frances Plunkett of Henderson.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, James Plunkett, Sr.; and his maternal grandparents, Truman and Mary Vaughan.
