Funeral service for Dale Weaver, age 71, of Decatur, will be Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018, 6 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Stanley Reaves officiating. The family will receive friends before the service on Tuesday from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Interment will be at Western Cemetery in Coalfield, Tennessee. on Thursday.
Mrs. Weaver, who died Saturday, Jan. 6, 2018, at Decatur Morgan Hospital, was born Sept. 8, 1946, in Coalfield, Tennessee, to the late Frank and Alene Massengale. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Russell and Troy Massengale. She was a loving wife, mom and Momma Dale.
She is survived by her husband, Bill Weaver; one son, Chris Weaver; one daughter, Stephanie (Rod) Randolph; grandson, Vincent Randolph; one brother, Luther (Wilma) Massengale; one sister, Lisa (Bruce) Le; and extended grandkids, London Townsend, Shameeka Townsend, Jameeka Townsend, Lakin McNair and Calyx Randolph.
