Daisy Ellen Syx Hayes, 67 of Hayden, passed away Friday December 20, 2019.
Mrs. Hayes was a homemaker. She was a longtime dedicated employee at Longview Hospital in Graysville, where she served as a CNA as well as Unit Clerk. She was an avid Alabama football fan.
Graveside services and interment will be Tuesday December 24, 2019 at 11:00 am in New Horizon Memorial Gardens. Rev. Tim Blackmon will officiate. There will be no public visitation.
She was preceded in death by her son, Jonathon Mark Hayes; parents, Erskine and Jewel Syx and brothers, Ronald, Kenneth and Glenn Syx.
Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Ralph Hayes; daughter, Christy Williams and husband Eric; grandchildren, Michael Mills. Jr., Preston Mills, Kaleb Hayes and Jacob Hayes; daughter-in-law, Siann Hayes; sisters, Rebecca Kay Roberts and husband Roger and Phyllis Roberts and husband Phillip; several other relatives and many friends.
