Cyrus “Joe” Quigley is the son of Cyrus Sine Quigley and Blanche E Quigley he is survived by his daughters Bonnie Boyles of Pennsylvania and Christine Lichty of Pennsylvania; sister Barbara Washburn of Fremont, Missouri; and a brother Greg Quigley of Colorado. He is preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters. A memorial service will be held Sunday from 1 to 3 at 4436 County Rd. 4 Boaz 35957.
