She was born on December 26, 1960 in Russellville, AL she was a Member of Westview Church of Christ. Retired C.N.A. from Florence Nursing & Rehab.
Preceded in death by father, Cleburn Aderholt & Step Mother, Barbara. Mother, Jeanette Haddack.
A Private Family Memorial Service will be held later.
