Cynthia Ann Tippett Masucci, 54, of Huntsville, passed away November 14, 2021, with her family by her side.

Cynthia graduated from Huntsville High School and received a BS in Psychology from the University of North Alabama.

Survivors include daughter, Celia Wettstein (Jake); parents, Louie and Jane Tippett; Celia’s father, Robbie Masucci; sisters, Angela Malone (Richie), and Pamela Henderson; nephews, William Henderson (Jacy), Nathan Henderson, Bret Malone, Drew Malone (Nicholle), Brock Malone; nieces, Mary Katherine Bracken, Melissa Bracken; great-niece, Nellie Tate Henderson; and special friend, Steve Elrod.

Cynthia was a loving mother, daughter, and sister. She filled our home with love, fun and creativity. She loved spending time with her family and loved the beach. She was the treasurer of the City of Huntsville Beautification Board, was a past member of the Huntsville Symphony Guild, and was also on the Rosebud Committee. She taught Sunday school at First United Methodist Church and assisted with Ash Wednesday services.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 16th at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. on Wednesday at First United Methodist Church with Dr. Byron Vance and the Rev. Coy Hallmark officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church, 120 Greene St., Huntsville, AL 35801, or MD Anderson Cancer Center, 1515 Holcombe Blvd., Houston, TX 77030.
