On June 3, 2021 Crystal April Montgomery, 45, passed away unexpectedly at Huntsville Hospital.
Mrs. Montgomery was born in Fort Worth, Texas on April 15, 1976, to Pamela Brown and Russell House.
Mrs. Montgomery is survived by her husband, Philp Montgomery; one son, Blake Montgomery both of Kelso, TN; two grandchildren, Carson & Malaya Montgomery, both of Flintville, TN; mother, Pamela Brown; one sister, Ashley Brown, both of New Market, AL; father, Russell House; grandmother, Marcella House, both of Huntsville, AL; ten nieces and nephews; as well as several aunts, uncles & cousins.
A memorial service will be at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home on Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 1:00 p.m.
