Correne Hankins Johnson, 86, passed away in Muscle Shoals, Alabama on Oct. 4, 2017, and is survived by her son, William Patrick Huggins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Johnson; her son, Kerry Weldon Huggins; and her twin sister, Catherine Hankins Casey.
There will be a celebration of life this Sunday, Oct. 8, at Valhalla Funeral Home in Huntsville, Alabama. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. and a memorial at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests outdoor plants or flowers to create a memorial garden in her honor.
