Corinne Blackwell Collins, age 89, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, September 18th, 2025, at Maury Regional Hospital.
She was born May 4th, 1936, in Marshall County, to the late Hershel and Maggie Dunnivant Blackwell. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Baptist church. She loved cleaning, shopping, caring for her animals, gardening her flowers, reading the Bible, and celebrating the holidays with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, SSGT Henderson Thomas Collins, two grandsons, Christopher Wayne Jett and Garry Wayne Jett, a daughter in law, Elizabeth Darlene Jett, two sisters, Virgie Lee Parks and Maizie Effie Taylor, and three brothers, Hershel Blackwell Jr., Clarence Ed Blackwell, and Hershel Blackwell.
She is survived by four sons, Frankie Lane Jett of Lewisburg, Terry (Vicki) Jett of Belfast, Tim Jett and Phillip Jett, both of Lewisburg, a special friend and sister in law, Kathy Hobby, six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside Services will be conducted on Monday, September 22th, 2025, at 1:00 pm at Lone Oak Cemetery with burial to follow.
