Cora Lee Williams, age 67, of Jasper, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at her residence.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 25, 2016 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Sunday, June 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Macedonia Baptist Church in Bremen, she will lie in state from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at the church. Burial will be at McKinley Chapel Cemetery, Wayne Taylor will officiate.
Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her Father-John Windle Guthrie; Mother-Tennis Jewel Guthrie; Husband-Cleo “Sonny” Williams; Sister-Sabrae Freeman; Brother-John W. Guthrie.
She is survived by her Daughter-Sheila Wade; Sons-James Williams and Kevin Williams; Sisters-Addie Mcgill, Mildred Duke and Helen Mickael; Brother-Nolan Gurthrie; 7 Grandchildren and 12 Great Grandchildren.
