Cora Cheryl Kemper McMahan, 70, of Florence, AL, passed away October 26, 2015, after a brief illness. Mrs. McMahan was a member of Midway Church of Christ and was recently employed at Martin’s Family Clothing. Mrs. McMahan was retired from J.C.Penney’s in Sumter, SC.
Mrs. McMahan is survived by son Daniel McMahan and wife Becky of Killen, AL; grandchildren Hannah and Tabitha McMahan; and brothers William Kemper of Kokomo, IN and Allen Kemper of Greenfield, IN.
She was preceded in death by her husband Victor D. McMahan; parents James Cregor Kemper and Kathryn Lewallen Kemper; and sisters Karolyn McCalip, Catherine Deprey, and Kay Kaster.
Funeral services will be held in Fortville, IN. Greenhill Funeral Home in charge of local arrangements.
