Cooper Jaxson McCay, 9 days old, entered into rest on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Decatur Morgan Hospital.
Cooper was born on December 14, 2017 in Huntsville. Although his time here on earth was short, he brought such joy to his family. He was Momma and Daddy’s “Little Boo Boo”.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 29, 2017 at 12 noon at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison. His grandfather, C.C. Rider, Jr., will officiate.
Cooper is survived by his parents, Chadwick John McCay and Tracey Lorraine Bolen; grandparents, Becky Smith, Dora and C.C. Rider, Jr., and David G. Bolen; great grandmothers, I.V. Feltman, Billie Bolen and Opal Rider.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ronald McCay.
