Consuella “Connie” Dixon of Prospect, TN passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Pulaski, TN on March 26, 1924 and was 95 years old.She was a long-time employee at Baird Ward Printing in Nashville, Tn. She was a member of East Hill Church of Christ, and enjoyed cooking and gardening.
Visitation will be on Saturday, May 4th, 2019 from 1:00pm until 3:00 pm at Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home.
Funeral service will follow visitation at 3:00pm in the chapel of Bennett-May & Pierce Funeral Home with Johnathan Burns officiating.
Burial will follow in the Maplewood Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Dixon, parents, TH and Nora Cook, sister, Eugenia Cook, brothers, Charles “Moran” Cook, and James “Ed” Cook, and half brother, Junior Oakley.
She is survived by her,
Niece, Susan (James) Norman of Somerville, TN
Niece, Phyllis (Sandy) Saunders of Rogersville, TN
Nephews, Charles Oakley, Don Oakley, Tommy Oakley, and Ricky Oakley all of TN, and Johnny Vaughn of AL.
Several great nieces and nephews also survive.
