ATHENS-Athens State University and the John Wade Keyes NSDAR will host “A Celebration of the Constitution” at Athes State University on September 17, 2018.

The special guest speaker will be Joseph Gaines, Colonel, US Army (Retired) Deputy Chief of Staff, Missile Defense Agency. Lunch will be served in the ballroom at 11AM and the program will be held in McCandless Hall fron 12 until 1 PM.
