Connor James Simons, infant son of Rebecca and James Simons Jr, passed away November 24, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center.

A graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. in the Garden of Angels at Polk Memorial Gardens.
