Connie Faye McKinney, 76, passed away Tuesday, November 4, 2025 at NHC HealthCare in Moulton, AL. She was born in Baldwyn, MS to Charles Bruce Aldridge and Mary Marie Heavner Aldridge. She worked as a nurse in Red Bay for over thirty years and attended Red Bay Free Will Baptist Church.
Services will be Saturday, November 8, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, AL with Bro. Steve Lindsay officiating. Visitation will be Saturday, November 8, 12-2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL. Burial will be in Old Burleson Cemetery, Vina, AL. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by three children, Richard McKinney (Laura), Donna Hicks (Shannon) and Chastidy Lynch (Terry); five grandchildren, David McKinney (Elana), Joe McKinney, Zack Hicks (Emily), Luke Hicks (Jordan) and Emily Lynch; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Linda Self, Brenda Deaton and Malia Szymanski (Chris) and two brothers, Mark Aldridge (Judy) and Joel Aldridge (Debbie).
She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Kaylee Morgan McKinney.
Pallbearers will be Joe McKinney, David McKinney, Zack Hicks, Luke Hicks, Russell Aldridge and Daryl Aldridge.
The family extends special thanks to the staff at NHC in Moulton for the care they gave to her.
