Connie Faye Brown, age 82, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at NHC Healthcare Scott in Lawrenceburg, TN. She was a native of Lawrenceburg, TN, retired from Dura Automotive, a self-employed cosmetologist, and a member of Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church. She enjoyed walking, traveling, and watching Tennessee sports.
She was preceded in death by her parents, L. P. and Gertrude Clayton; her husband, Troy Dale “T.D.” Brown; one brother, Danny Clayton; and one sister Nathalee Perry.
She is survived by three children, Shawn Brown (Tina) of Lawrenceburg, TN, Lori Green (Dennis) of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Jason Brown (Brandy) of Loretto, TN; seven grandchildren, Emily Downey (William) of Nashville, TN, Sara Kate Green (Austin Perry) of Colorado Springs, CO, Anna Claire Bennett (Austin) of Loretto, TN, Miya-Cole Brown of Loretto, TN, Hawkins Brown of Loretto, TN, Ansley Cate Brown of Lawrenceburg, TN, and Bryson Brown of Lawrenceburg, TN; and two brothers, Donnie Clayton of Lawrenceburg, TN and Mathadee Clayton (Pat) of Lawrenceburg, TN.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Saturday, July 18, 2026, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Sunday, July 19, 2026, with Chad Moore officiating. Interment will follow at New Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. The family suggests memorials be made to the New Mt. Lebanon Cemetery Fund.
